We’ll assess your ability during your first driving lessons and tailor our tuition accordingly. Novices will receive a ‘Controls’ lesson to familiarise them with the basic functions of the car, progressing to making the car move off, steering and bringing the vehicle safely to a halt.
You’ll be surprised how quickly you can progress through all the elements required for the practical driving test. Once you’ve passed you’re driving theory test, we’ll continue working through all the required areas to make sure you stand the best possible chance of a first time pass.
We want to make sure you’re well prepared for your driving test and we’ll advise you as soon as you’re ready to apply.
The current fee for the driving test is £56.50 if taken on a weekday which is payable to the Driving Standards Agency. This increases to £67 at the weekend.
