The driving theory test is a ‘touch screen’ computer based test. You will be asked 50 multiple-choice questions, with a time limit of 40 minutes in which to answer them. The minimum pass mark is 43. The Hazard perception test consists of a number of video clips. A score of at least 43 out of 75 is required to pass. You can find some sample driving theory tests on our ‘Links’ page.
The cost for this test is £31, payable to the DSA. Be sure to use the official DSA site to book.
